Hi everyone! My name is Deborah and I am the main blogger from Love Varnish (www.lovevarnish.com).
Last year I already participated in the superfun 12 Days of Christmas
guest post series here and I was thrilled Pamela asked me to be a part
of it again this year!
Last year I went with a luxurious looking drybrush look, but this
year I wanted something completely different. Inspired by these gorgeous
nails from Manicured & Marvelous (http://www.manicuredandmarvelous.com/2015/12/12-days-of-christmas-snow-day-nail-art.html) I decided on a pond manicure with snowflakes.
I started my look by using 2 coats of OPI Don't Touch My Tutu!
(because my nails are really yellow right now) and then stamped using
Hit The Bottle Blue-tiful and Bundle Monster BM-S213. It's a very large
single snowflake design that covered my entire nail. Also, did you know
Bundle Monster now has liquid latex as well? It's the Poli-Peel Cuticle
Protector and it worked really well! After my first round of stamping I
added another layer of the OPI shade, then stamped again using China
Glaze Scandalous Shenanigans and Bundle Monster BM-S218. This is a
smaller snowflake design. Peel away the cuticle protector and you are
left with very little clean-up, yay ^^. I didn't use topcoat because I
liked the semi-matte finish.
I'd love
to try this again but add more layers of stamping and sheer polish to
create more depth, however I was already smitten with how these came
out! And hey, a white Christmas is a beautiful Christmas, am I right?
Thanks so much for asking me again Pamela, and merry Christmas to you and all the lovely readers out there!

Gorgeous! Love the blues you chose
ResponderBorrarBeautiful!!
ResponderBorrarThis is so beautiful! I like how you didn't put top coat on it.
ResponderBorrarLovely mani !
ResponderBorrarI see your manis and think I really need to stamp more.
ResponderBorrarThis looks seriously so icy cold, it almost gives me the shivers!
ResponderBorrarThe layers are perfection! Good choice on the base color. I love a good nude base and this practically looks like a negative space stamped mani.
ResponderBorrarI love both the original version and this one!
ResponderBorrarI love the finish on this. The semi-matte makes it pop over the nude base. I always love your stamping.
ResponderBorrarI LOVE these! I have a manicure scheduled to go up next week that is triple-stamped snowflakes, but they're all the same size. Your larger snowflake really makes this special :)
ResponderBorrarThis is so pretty!! :D
ResponderBorrarThis is gorgeous!! I love it how these turned out and I am so honored that you felt inspired by my mani.
ResponderBorrarThanks so much everyone!
