Siren decoration / Sirena para decorar BPS

Hi! Time for a Born Pretty Store review! Over the years the Scaled/Mermaid nail design has become one of my favorite! Everything is pretty when I take out my Mash 39 stamping plate, some magical nail polish I find sitting around somewhere, and decorations. What a better thing to go with a Mermaid mani than an actual mermaid? 

Hola! Tiempo de otra reseña de Born Pretty Store! Con el paso de los años, el look de escamas/sirenas se ha convertido en uno de mis favoritos! Todo es bonito cuando saco mi placa de estampado Mash 39, algún esmalte mágico que me encuentre por ahí, y decoraciones. ¿Qué mejor para ir con un diseño de sirena que- una sirena?

These siren decorations are flat and bendable so they lay flat on the surface of the nail. I stuck mine with nail polish, but it would be great with nail glue, too. For this manicure I used Saint George by A England, Honey Ryder by OPI, Black from Mundo de Uñas for the stamping, the siren decoration and a tiny triangle stud also from BPS (review will be up soon).

Estas sirenitas son planas y se pueden doblar, por lo que se ajustan a la curvatura natural de la uña. Pegué la mia con esmalte, pero quedará bien con pegamento para uñas. Para ese mani usé Saint George de A England, Honey Ryder de OPI, Negro de Mundo de Uñas para el estampado, la sirena y un stud pequeñito en forma de triángulo, también de BPS (La reseña estará por aquí pronto).

 Hello there! I posted some pics on my IG account (@pamelapomelo) of the Live it up Collection by Cirque Colors, now it's time for a full review! Before we move on to the swatches I want to give my overall opinion of the Cirque Colors glitter toppers: They're awesome! Cirque's glitter toppers are amazing, they have gorgeous glitter combos and the glitter payoff is wonderful.
Cirque also makes one of my fave glitter polishes, XX, which was on my wishlist for a looooong time <3. So, I was expecting the best from this collection and obviously it did not dissapoint me!! <3

Antes de pasar a los swatches, quiero dar my opinión general de los glitter toppers de Cirque Colors: Son maravillosos! Los glitter toppers de Cirque son increíbles, tienen combinaciones de glitter hermosas y la cantidad de glitter que queda con una sola pasada es fantástica.
Cirque también hace uno de mis esmaltes de glitter favoritos, XX, que estuvo en mi wishlist por muchiiiiisimo tiempo <3. Así que estaba esperando lo mejor de esta colección y obviamente no me decepcionó! <3

Let's Dance: Multi-colored glitter topper, several shapes and sizes. I spot green, blue, orange, red, purple... It kinda reminds me of Le Invader also by Cirque. (Except of course Le Invader is made with square glitter). This is one coat over a white jelly. // Topper multicolor, en formas y tamaños variados. Veo verde, azul, naranja, rojo, morado.. Como que me recuerda un poco a Le Invader, también de Cirque. (Excepto que, claro, Le Invader esta hecho con glitter cuadrado). Esto es una capa sobre un jelly blanco. 

HOLO-DAY CHEER

Holo-day Cheer: Limited Edition. Christmas in a bottle! Lots of shapes and sizes of holographic glitters in green, gold, red and silver. And how adorable are those red stars? This is perfect. One coat over Sweet Pea by Ciaté and  glitter placement on my ring fingernail for a easy peasy Cristmas tree.  // Edición limitada. Navidad embotellada! Muchas formas y tamaños de glitter holográfico en rojo, verde, dorado y plateado. Y cuán hermosas son esas estrellitas rojas? Es perfecto. Una capa sobre Sweet Pea de Ciaté y placement para mi anular, para hacer un arbolito de glitter sencillo.

1999: Ahhh! This is such a dreamy polish. So feminine, so delicate. Silver holographic and white matte glitter in various shapes and sizes. This one has stars as well, and I die. I love it. <3 One coat over Don't Bossa Nova me around by OPI, with a crown charm, some chevrons on my pinky with Mirrorball by Orly and a subtle gradient, under the crown and on my index, where I placed one of the stars alone. // Ahhh!! Es un esmalte de ensueño! Tan femenino, tan delicado. Glitter plateado holográfico y blanco mate en varias formas y tamaños. Este también tiene estrellitas, y me muero. Lo amo. <3 Una capa sobre Don't bossa nova me around de OPI, con una coronita, chevrons en mi meñique con Mirrorball de Orly y un sutil gradiente, debajo de la corona y en el índice, donde puse una de las estrellas solita.

One More Time: Another beauty. Black, white, and grey glitter, lots of shapes, bars, stars, squares, holo hexes, holo dust.. Magic! This is such a complex shade, pretty and intriguing I think. This is one coat over Sea spray by China Glaze, matched with Mirrorball by Orly and Beyond by Color Club. // Otra belleza. Glitter negro, blanco, gris, muchas formas, barras, estrellas, cuadritos, hexágonos holográficos, polvo holográfico.. Magia! Es un tono tan complejo, bonito e intrigante me parece. Esto es una capa sobre Sea Spray de China glaze, mostrado junto a Mirrorball de Orly y Beyond de Color Club.

Hello! How are you today! This time I have a quick post for you guys, I want to show you a rose charm from Born Pretty Store. I think this one has the right size because some nail charms are too big, and I have tiny nails, I have to look for tiny decorations all the time- haha!
 
Hola! Espero que esten muy bien, hoy les traigo una entrada rapidita, les quiero enseñar un charm (o decoración 3D) de Born Pretty Store en forma de rosa. Me pareció que tenía un tamaño ideal ya que algunos charms son muy grandes, y yo con mis mini uñas pues siempre tengo que andar buscando cosas chiquititas!

I decided to use these charms on a feminine and delicate design and of course, the first thing that came into my mind was to use Don't bossa nova me around by OPI <3, Because of the rose being gold, I decided to also use one of my favorite nail polishes (by the way, would you like to see a blog post about my favorite polishes?), The man with the golden gun also by OPI, and some tiny pearls from Born pretty store, too. 

Para usarlo quise hacer algo muy femenino y delicado y claro, lo primero que se me vino a la mente fue usar Don't bossa nova me around de OPI <3. por el color de la rosa saqué uno de mis esmaltes favoritos (Por cierto, les gustaría ver un post de mis esmaltes favoritos?), The man with the golden gun, también de OPI, y por último algunas perlitas también de Born Pretty Store. 

I set the rose with nail glue and it lasted really good, I was afraid because I thought it would came off easily but it didnt!

Born Pretty Store week, Day 4: Snowflake / Copo de nieve

Hello helloooooo! Its day 4 of the BPS week! I like to think of it as the mid season finale hahaha. Speaking of, Im dying to see the new episodes of The Walking Dead and American Horror Story! Arggh, I'm gonna have to wait a lil' longer.. Anyways, here's the product of the day, Snowflake charm!

Hola holaaa! Es el día 4 de la semana BPS! Me gusta pensar en este dia como el mid season finale jajaja. Hablando de, muero por ver los nuevos episodios de The Walking Dead y American Horror Story! Arrgh, voy a tener que esperar un poquito mas.. Bueno, aquí esta el producto del día, un charm de copo de nieve!

The snowflakes have a diameter of 9.5 mm. You know by now I have tiny nail beds, but it should fit well on regular sized nails. Either way, its not that big! And if you like big decorations, you're gonna love it.

Los copitos tienen un diámetro de 9.5 mm. Para estas alturas ya sabrán que mis uñas son chiquititas, pero deberia quedar a la medida en uñas de tamaño normal. De cualquier forma, no es tan grande! I si les gustan las decoraaciones grandes, esta les va a encantar. 

I matched these charms with a blue and white watermarble, topped with Techno by China Glaze.

Combiné estos charms con un watermarble azul y blanco, con una capita de Techno de china Glaze.

Aint these bows the prettiest? They're something between .5 and 1 centimeter, they are small, perfect for those who prefer tiny decorations (opposite to the skull I showed you before haha). 
The package contains 5 pieces, so if you want to use one bow on each nail, you must get two packages. Otherwise they are excellent for accent nails!

No son estos moños lo mas bonito? Miden algo entre .5 y 1 centímetros, son pequeños, perfectos para quienes prefieran decoraciones chiquitas (contrario a la calavera que les mostré antes jaja ).

Hello! How are you today? If you read yesterday's blog post, you know what this is all about. But if you didnt, let me explain: Its the Born Pretty Store week! Me encantan los adornos para las uñas. De verdad los amo! Estas pequeñas cositas simplemente hacen la vida mas fácil- o me equivoco? 
Cuando vi esta calaverita en el sitio web de BPS, ufff... me enamoré. Jajaja.

This golden skull has a 1.1cm diameter. Its somewhat big, specially for my tiny nail beds, but its very comfortable to wear. It weighs 1.6 gr. that you really dont feel. Like I said, its comfortable. These are made of cooper and if you take good care of your skull charms, you could reuse them for years!

Esta calaverita dorada tiene un diámetro de 1.1 cm. Es algo grande, especialmente para mis uñitas tan pequeñitas, pero es muy cómodo de usar. Pesa 1.6 gramos que realmente no se sienten. Como dije, es cómodo. Estan hechas de cobre, asi que si se toman buenos cuidados, estos charms se pueden reutilizar por años!

 I suggest you use nail glue to stick them on your nails, that way your nail style will last much longer. I'm in love with them! Need to order some of these for sure.
